Was the founder of the election commission department #96 in city Kent WA for Ukrainian Parliament elections in 2005 and 2006. That was one in the world Ukrainian election commission outside diplomatic and military Ukrainian institutions. In current time works in SUDP (Substance Use Disorder Professional) position in Kent WA.
